First 5K EVER with my Darling Daughter!

I ran my very first 5K with my daughter yesterday for her school. It was a "Say No To Drugs" run. It was amazing! I amazed myself that I was able to run the entire time and not get winded or have my lower lung pain that keeps me from running long distances. We did awesome and it was such a fun experience to do it with my own daughter Makinlee. We made an agreement we were going to do more next year and make it a goal!
