Water, Water, Water!

The #1 rule of weight loss or fitness......Drink half your body weight in oz EVERY day!
I like to add lemon to mine, it gives it a bit of flavor since I hate to just drink plain water. Plus it aides in the weight loss and helps to flatten your stomache.


I just went and bought a gallon jug of distilled water and a bag of lemons. I cut one whole lemon in half and squeezed them into a bowl. Then I removed all the seeds and poured it into the jug of water and put it into the fridge. I just keep filling my water bottle with it all day until its gone!
