Healthy Deviled Eggs!

I love making Deviled eggs for a protein snack, but they use so much mayo and too much yolk for me! Since its after EASTER and you probably have left over dyed eggs you can use those or boil more.



I boil about 8-10 eggs because my family loves these!

Boil them for about 10 min and immediately rinse in cold water till cooled. This will make them easy to peel and not stick to the shell.

After they are cooled, cut around them the long way and pull out the yolk. Put the yolk in a separate bowl and the egg on a plate.

Add about 2 spoonfuls of plain Greek yogurt to about half of the yolks.

I add two big spoonfuls of dill relish also.

Mix it all up and put into the holes of the eggs and top with Paprika!

Refrigerate, they are better cold!
